Lightmap Indexes Overwritten on Additive Level Loads
Repro steps:
1) Open the project
2) Build Lighting for scenes Scene1/Scene2/Scene3
3) Open the main scene and play it
4) Notice all the scenes are loaded additively and then scene3 is disabled
5) Notice Scene1/Scene2 are loaded additively again and Scene3 is enabled
6) Notice the lightmap is overwritten for Scene3
