Lightmap Exposure tooltip is incorrect
*Observed:*
The tooltip for the Lightmap Exposure Slider is currently displaying "Light Settings" which is not useful.

*Expected:*
The tooltip should provide information which aids the user in their understanding.
*Notes:*
Suggest this as alternative text:
_"Exposure control for the displayed Scene View Mode, in EVs. Use this slider to bring HDR lighting data into a viewable range within the Scene View."_
