Lighting flickers from normal to overexposed by ajusting Game window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the project and "Scene_v6" in it.
2. Adjust Game view window size and notice how lighting flickers from normal to overexposed.
Reproducible: 5.3.5f1, 5.3.5p3, 5.4.0b18-21
Not reproducible: 5.3.4f1, 5.4.0b16-17
