[Lighting] 'Bake Direct' job failed with error code: 5

Global Illumination

-

1) Download the attached project
2) Open 30HzSample scene
3) go to the lighting window and press bake
4) observe the repeating error mentioned above
5) Observe the bake job never finishes.

Expected behavior:
Scene will bake with out error

Actual Behavior:
the follwing error is shown and light baking never finishes

''Bake Direct' job failed with error code: 5 ('Failed reading Bake Visibility Buffer file.').'

Error occurs <10 seconds after baking light.

Possible workaround, delete the GI Cache.

Goto Edit > Preferences, then GI cache then 'Clean Cache'

Seeing this issue in v5.3.5p1 after upgrading our project from 5.2.3p3. The error seems to occur when the "Baked GI" Atlas size is 2048 or higher. If I drop it to 1024, the lighting bakes as expected.

Baked GI Settings In The Fail Case
    -------------------------------------------------
    Baked Resolution: 40
    Baked Padding: 2
    Compressed: true
    Indirect Resolution: 1
    Ambient Occlusion: 1
    Max Distance: 1
    Final Gather: False
Atlas Size: 2048 (Changing this to 1024 allowed the lighting to bake again)

UPDATE: @PAPPU33 's solution works for me. Uncheck "Auto", Clear cache then bulid it manually. After these it's fine know. "Final gather" doesn't change alot unless you don't care about the memory and set the resolution to a super high value, so in most case you can uncheck it safely until they fix this.

Update: It started and completed baking after unchecked final gather option. Too scared to check it again with final gather 'on' now 0.0(Maybe you guys can check it in dummy projects).

I am seeing this in my newly patched 5.3.4p6! Is there are workaround? I'm dead in the water.

I also have experienced this issue for the first time with v5.3.4p6.

Never had this before with 5.3.4p1.

Seems like serious problem. Cannot bake any more right now.

When I turn Directional Light "Baking" to Realtime then problem has gone. But when I set it to Baked or Mixed problem returned.
