Light probes lose color if loaded through another scene
Reproduction steps:
1. Import attached project "LightProbesColor".
2. Open "Baked" scene.
3. Observe Light Probes color.
4. Open "Start" scene.
5. Drag "Baked" into the scene hierarchy.
6. Observe Light Probes color.
Actual result: Light Probes should remain the same color.
Expected result: Light Probes are black.
Reproduced with: 5.5.0f3, 5.6.0b3.
Note: Project does not work with previous versions.
