Light probes cause first light's diffuse to be ignored if baked GI is off and precomputed realtime GI is on
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project.
2. Open the 'Main' scene.
3. Observe the lighting in the scene.
4. Go to 'Lighting' window and go to 'Scene' and press 'Build'.
You can see the that lights are back to normal like they are supposed to, but when you go to a new scene and you open the same 'Main' scene again, the same problem occurs with the lighting.
Reproduced on:
5.5.0a2, 5.4.0b23, 5.4.0b22, 5.4.0b21, 5.3.5f1, 5.2.5f1
