Light Probe Proxy Volume gizmo is not visible if the LPPV is using Automatic Refresh Mode.
1 - Open attached project (LPPV Gizmo Bug.zip)
2 - Open SampleScene
3 - Wait until the lighting is baked
4 - Have the Gizmos enabled
5 - When Plane is selected in the hierarchy notice that the LPPV gizmo is not visible.
Note: As a workaround you can switch the Refresh Mode of the LPPV to Every Frame and the Gizmo will become visible.
