Light not visible on HDRP/Lit material in Hybrid Renderer when GPU Instancing is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's Scene labeled "SampleScene"
2. Preview the "Sphere" GameObject in the Scene View
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. View the "Sphere" GameObject again
Expected result: GameObject is lit
Actual result: GameObject is not lit
Reproducible with: 0.5.2-preview.4 (2019.4.24f1), 0.11.0-preview.42 (2020.3.5f1, 2021.1.6f1, 2021.2.0a16)

Resolution Note (fix version 0.6.0):
