[UI] Light Explorer window does not highlight selected lights
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to Window -> Rendering -> Light Explorer
3. Select Directional light from the explorer window
4. Observe that there is no blue highlight
Expected result: selected lights should have a blue highlight
Reproduced in: 2021.1.0a2, 2021.1.0a8
Not reproduced in: 2021.1.0a1, 2020.2.0b13
Regression since: 2021.1.0a2
