Light Explorer dropdowns are opened in the wrong place
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP Unity project
2. Make sure to have at least one light source in the Hierarchy
3. Go to Window -> Rendering -> Light Explorer
4. Open a dropdown in the "Type" column
5. Observe the dropdown
Expected results: The dropdown is opened below the field
Actual results: The dropdown is overlapping the field
Reproducible with: 2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.49f1, 6000.0.22f1
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.0 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
