Baking is paused when using any kind of Unity Editor UI's drop down menus
To reproduce:
1. Open user's project
2. In the bottom-right corner, observe baking loading bar
3. Start opening any Unity application's dropdown menus (check .gif attached)
Expected: baking does not get paused
Actual: baking is paused
Reproduced in: 5.6.3f1, 2017.1.0p2, 2017.2.0b5, 2017.3.0a2
Note: mostly noticeable with progressive lightmapping, therefore difficult to reproduce on earlier versions
Note: dropdown menus that pause baking include main toolbar menus, any right-click-invoked menus, any Inspector window selectables
