[License] Opening 2018.1.0a7 and closing, and then trying to use another Unity version results into expired license prompt
To reproduce:
1) Open 2018.1.0a7 (tested Version 2018.1.0a7 (bf8645f4af24)

2) Create new project
3) Close it
4) Open any other version, like 2018.1.0a6
Expected: Project window opens normally
Actual: This pops out and you have to re-enter your license ( https://i.imgur.com/ekzfQcw.png )
Workaround: Set your time zone to UTC or UTC+1
