Lens Flare (SRP) is not occluded when TAA is enabled for Scene Camera and Scene view with Game view are both visible
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “LensFlareBug”
2. Open Scene “Assets/OutdoorsScene.unity”
3. In the Hierarchy right-click on “AlignToThis” GameObject and select Align View to Selected
4. Enter The Play Mode
5. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: Lens Flare stays occluded by an object
Actual result: Lens Flare is visible through all objects
Reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1, 2022.3.5f1, 2023.1.4f1, 2023.2.0a23
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: Intel MacOS 13.4
Notes:
When the Editor is unfocused, the Lens Flare stays hidden
Reproduces only when Scene Camera has TAA on, other AA options do not interfere with occlusion
If the Editor is not in the Play Mode, moving the mouse into the Game view or Scene View will make the Lens Flare appear momentarily

Any updates on this? FYI, this is not just an editor bug. It is visible in builds as well. TAA + SRP lens flare = delayed lens flare occlusion. I've even seen them shine through geometry entirely sometimes. There's definitely something iffy with the occlusion detection and TAA.
