Legacy Asset icon is shown in the Asset Importer when importing to a Unity version with new UI
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project with Unity version that has new UI
2. Drag the attached "asset.unitypackage" into the project
3. Notice the Icon of the Asset in the Asset importer window
Expected results: Assets have the new UI Asset Icon in the Asset Importer window
Actual results: Assets have the legacy UI Asset Icon in the Asset Importer window
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a3, 2019.3.0b7, 2020.1.0a9
Note: New Unity UI appeared in 2019.3.0a3
