Left side cog menu button is obstructed by the maximum Y value of the graph when editing a curve in the Particle System Curves
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a new Unity project
# Create a new Particle System (GameObject > Effects > Particle System)
# Select the newly created Particle System in the Hierarchy window
# Change the "Start Lifetime" property to a curve in the Inspector window
# Click on the "Start Lifetime" property curve to edit the curve
# Observe the Particle System Curves
*Actual results:* Half of the left side cog menu button is obstructed by the maximum Y value of the graph
*Expected results:* Left side cog menu button is fully visible
*Reproducible with versions:* 2021.3.50f1, 2022.3.60f1, 6000.0.44f1, 6000.1.0b12, 6000.2.0a7
*Tested on (OS):* macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.3
*Notes:*
* This also makes it difficult to change the maximum Y value of the graph because clicking on it opens up the cog menu
