LayoutUtility.GetPreferredHeight returns unrealistic values when game object has a Text component with font set to none
Repro steps:
1. Open user attached project
2. Enter Play Mode and observe the Console
3. Exit Play Mode
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 a few times to get different outputs in the console
Expected: GetPreferredHeight returns a constant precise value
Actual: GetPreferredHeight sometimes returns a very high unrealistic value and sometimes a very small unrealistic value
Reproducible with: 2017.1.4p1, 2017.2.3p1, 2017.4.5f1, 2018.1.5f1, 2018.2.0b8, 2018.3.0a1
Not Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a1
Notes: This goes for GetPreferredWidth and GetPreferredSize too.
