LayoutElement properties get reset if they have an animation for Anchored Positions
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Open "Bounce" scene
3. Select a category
4. Observe newly appeared buttons
Expected result: all elements are in a line
Actual result: elements' RectTransform properties are reset and all the elements are clustered in bottom left
Reproduced on 2017.4.8f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.1f1, 2018.3.0a6
