[Layout] The Layout button does not refresh on deleting a Layout with a long name
[Layout] The Layout button does not refresh on deleting a Layout with a long name.
The layout button does not refresh on deleting the currently selected layout name when the selected layout name is of more than 15 characters. Layout button refreshes and changes to " Layout" on deleting currently selected layout name which is of Less than 15 characters.
Step to Reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Layout > Save Layout > Enter name greater than 15 character > Save.
3. Layout dropdown > Delete Layout > Delete currently selected Layout.
4. Notice that the Layout button name does not change to "Layout".
Actual Result: The Layout button does not refresh on deleting a layout with a long name.
Expected Result: The Layout button refresh and changes to " Layout" on deleting a Layout with a long name.

2020.1.0a26, 2019.3.4f1, 2019.2.21f1, 2019.1.14f1, 2018.4.18f1 LTS
