Layout Group with Content Size Fitter forces UI element's transform to reset when canvas is rebuilt
To reproduce:
1. Open user's project attached
2. Enter Play mode
Expected: object's transform is not reset every time canvas is rebuilt
Actual: content fitter resets object's transform every time canvas is rebuilt (check user's .mp4)
Reproduced in: 2017.3.1p1, 2017.3.1p4, 2018.1.0b10, 2018.2.0a4
Not reproduced in: 2017.2.2p1, 2017.3.1f1
Note: having Layout Element component prevents position from resetting (ex.: Image Game Object)
