[Layers] When layer's name is too long, it becomes invisible in drop down menu ("Inspector" window)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project and open scene "layergg".
2. Select game object named "GameObject".
3. In "Inspector" window press on "Layer" option to open a drop down menu.
4. Notice that layer's name is not visible in drop down menu, but it is visible when you close this menu.
Expected result:
Long name should be visible.
It happens only when layer's name is very long.
Reproduced on:
5.1.0f3, 5.2.4f1, 5.3.2f1, 5.3.4f1, 5.4.0b11
