Steps to Repro:
1. Open launcher
2. switch to learn tab
3. Basic tutorials

Actual Result:
1. Observe that the tile's text overlaps its description
2. Sometimes launcher shows activity tab next to learn and it disappears and once activity tab disappears, the launcher UI scales up
