Last ListView element size is calculated incorrectly when creating it through a script
How to reproduce:
1. Open the project “IN_31598”
2. Enter the Play Mode
3. Press the “Add list” button
Expected result: the last item is shown with the red bottom border
Actual result: the last item is not shown with the red bottom border
Reproducible with: 2022.2.3f1, 2022.2.7f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.19f1, 2022.2.2f1, 2023.1.0b4, 2023.2.0a2
Couldn't test with: 2020.3.44f1 (due to errors)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro
