Large number of cutout(alpha-test) objects causes lower performance on Metal
To reproduce:
1) Download and open project
2) Build lightmap (just to see the issue more clearly)
3) Build and run on iOS with Metal graphics api
4) Notice fps is at 15fps
5) Rebuild with GLES 3.0 graphics
6) Notice fps is at 60
Reproduced on 4.6.7p2, 5.1.2f1 using iPad mini 2 (8.4), iPad Air (8.1.1)
Doesn't reproduce on iPhone 6+ (8.0)
