Large custom editor repainting is extremly slow / laggy / latency / delay
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project DS Test 2019_2.zip"" and scene ""
2. In Project window double-click on "SlowDB"
3. In Editor open Tools -> Pixel crushers -> Dialogue System -> Dialogue Window
4. In Dialogue window, select Conversation Tab -> Administrado/00 graph
5. In Dialogue window, select "START" node
6. In Inspector write characters in the "Menu Text" field
Expected result: the characters are typed instantly
Actual result: the characters have a huge delay / latency
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a1, 2019.2.16f1, 2019.3.0f3, 2020.1.0a16
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.35f1, 2018.4.14f1, 2019.1.14f1
