Large collections add exponential time to WebGL build times
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "case_810082-buildBug.zip".
2. Open "Scene1" scene.
3. Build project for WebGL.
4. Notice huge build time.
5. Uncomment line 14 of "ControllerCS.cs".
6. Build again.
7. Notice build time doubled.
Reproduced with: 5.1.4f1, 5.2.4f1, 5.3.4f1, 5.3.5.f1, 5.4.5p5, 5.4.0b23 & 5.4.0b24.
