Labels for the Physics Collision Layer Matrix are not aligned to their respective columns
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to the Edit Menu > Project Settings > Physics/Physics 2D
3. Observe the header labels for the Layer Collision Matrix
Expected result: The labels are aligned with their columns
Actual result: The labels are shifted to the left and misaligned with their columns
Reproduced in: 2018.3.0b8, 2018.3.0b6
Not reproducible: 2019.1.0a6, 2018.3.0b5, 2018.2.14f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2017.4.14f1
