Label with Dynamic Color is not getting Playmode tint in the UI Builder window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user attached project
2. Go to the Unity > Preferences > Colors
3. Change the Playmode tint color to any color
4. Open the "Bug.xml" file (Assets > Bug)
5. Enter Play Mode
6. Observe the Label in the UI Builder window
Expected result: The Label has a Playmode tint
Actual result: The Label doesn't have a Playmode tint
Reproducible with: 1.0.0 (2021.2.0a18, 2021.2.17f1, 2022.1.0b13, 2022.2.0a19, 2023.1.0a2)
Not reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.18 (2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.34f1), 1.0.0 (2021.2.0a17)
