[WP8] Korean keyboard is still in latin when entering a password
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project. It is the uGUI example scene
2. Build & Run the touch input scene for wp8
3. Make sure the phone has the korean language enabled
4. Select the password field and change the keyboard language to korean - notice that all the letters on the keyboard remain latin (except for the space)
The korean keyboard works fine on a normal input field
