Korean and Latin characters a written at the same time when writing in Korean
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Switch to the Korean language in Windows
3. Press Right Alt on the keyboard
4. Try renaming any game object in the scene
Expected: writing in Korean inside the Editor shows the Korean characters
Actual: Latin and Korean characters are written together when writing in Korean inside the Editor

Did not reproduce in 5.5.4f1, 5.6.1p4, 2017.1.0b1
