Keyboard is not synced with the Player when the Player is brought out of focus
How to reproduce:
1. Open users attached project
2. Open Assets > Scenes > SampleScene.unity
3. Go to File > Build Settings > Build And Run
4. Wait for the build to open
5. Press CTRL + G
6. Close the opened File Explorer
7. Press CTRL + CTRL
Expected result: File Explorer doesn't open
Actual result: File Explorer does open
Reproducible with: 1.2.0 (2019.4.35f1), 1.3.0 (2020.3.30f1, 2021.2.13f1, 2022.1.0b10)
Not reproducible with: 1.3.0 (2022.2.0a1, 2022.2.0a7)
