JsonUtility.FromJsonOverwrite does not take exponents into account converting a string into a double
How to reproduce:
1. Open tester-attached project
2. Check the 'StringToDouble.cs' script
3. Drag the Script onto any GameObject
4. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: converting a string into a double keeps the exponent
Actual result: converting a string into a double does not keep the exponent
Reproducible with: 2017.4.16f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.17f1, 2018.3.0b11, 2019.1.0a9

Resolution Note:
This particular case has been investigated thoroughly and we have decided, in the interests of protecting the stability and features of Unity for users that rely upon the affected versions, to not address this fix for the time being. We understand that this will cause problems for some users, and so may address in a future version.
