It's not possible to open the "Unity/About Unity..." menu in the Project Wizard
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity
2. With the Project Selector window open, go to the Unity/About... menu
- Note that it's not possible to select the menu
- It's necessary to load a project to review the Unity version that's open
- Reproduced in Version 5.4.0b7 (83df6fa5e23f), Version 5.4.0b6 (2c3d6b93e789), Version 5.3.2p4 (f3eb2e65f8a2)
