Items that are not referenced in Scene are selected when exporting Scene's package
h5. Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. In the Project window search for “DoorBreak” Scene
3. Right-click “DoorBreak.unity”
4. Select “Export Project”
5. Observe the items in Exporting package window
h5. Expected result:
Items that Scene does not depend on are not selected
h5. Actual result:
“CollectDependenciesExample.cs“, “PrefabModificationCleaner.cs” and other items that are highlighted with a red rectangle in Screenshot_1.jpg are selected

- Reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.7f1, 2023.1.8f1, 2023.2.0b4
- Reproducible on: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
- Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Right-click the DoorBreak.unity and select “Select Dependencies” to show Scene’s dependencies
- Right-click on a script and select “Find References In Scene” to see if Scene is dependent on it
