It is not possible to zoom out position or rotation curve in timeline so all curves would be seen
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open test scene
3. Select cube in the scene and open Timeline
4. Open position curve
5. Click on record button and change cube's position so curve disappears
6. Try to zoom out curve window
Result: whole timeline window zooms in or out
Note: clicking Ctrl+Z for the first time zooms out all the curves, but keeps the last changed position
Reproducible: 2017.2.0b9, 2017.3.0a6
