It is allowed to create Internet Match even after Archiving project
Reproduces on both Staging and Production, and for 5.2.4 and 5.4.0b15
How we can reproduce it using the example you attached
1 I create new project and Configure it
2 In Editor I create Internet Match - everything works and good for now
3 I go to web site and Archive this project
4 Go back to the Editor->Connect window - it shows error and "Can't connect" to this project (all this is expected and good)
5 Press Play and try to create Internet Match
Actual result: you still can create Internet Match
Expected results: create Internet Match for archived project should give error
