Irrationally slow Play mode entering for the first time when sprite packer mode is set to "Always Enable" in the ProjectSettings
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached Test.zip project
2. Enter the Play mode
Expected: Play mode entering takes a few seconds
Actual: Irrationally slow Play mode entering about 15-20 seconds
Reproducible with: 2018.3.14f1, 2018.4.1f1, 2019.1.4f1, 2019.2.0b3, 2019.3.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2018.3.0a2
Note: Could not strip the project. Stripping the project makes the issue not reproducible

Resolution Note:
To ensure smooth functioning of UTiny, a project wide synchronisation of sprite assets with atlas is required when packing is called first time. This is by design.
