IPrebuildSetup is executed for editor assemblies that share the same name when running playmode tests
Steps to reproduce:
1. open attached project
2. run playmode tests
Actual: 4 logs printed stating that both editmode and playmode setups have been executed
Expected: 2logs printed stating that playmode setup has been executed
note: this works as expected for editmode tests, where only editmode setups will be executed
Reproduced on: 2017.4.2f2, 2018.3.0a1
