[iOS9] 64bit devices have extremely high GPU usage in Metal and GLES
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build to iOS and open the project in Xcode
3. Enable the GPU Frame Capture for Metal (in the Scheme settings)
4. Deploy to device
5. Click the "Add Overlay" button about 12 times
6. Capture GPU frame in Xcode
- Note how in the FPS tab, the Tiler usage is at 80% or higher
- This happens with GLES as well
- Reproduced in Version 5.3.5f1 (960ebf59018a), Version 5.4.0b19 (57f24ff20089), on an iPhone 6+ (iOS 9.3.1)
- Blocked from testing 5.2
- Not reproducible on an iPhone 5 (iOS 9.2)
