[iOS] White screen is displayed instead of the video, and "Cannot read file" is logged after resuming the video if Video Player was paused and the app was minimized and opened
How to reproduce:
1. Build And Run the user’s attached “video-tests.zip” project on an iOS device
2. In the app, press the “Prepare Video” button (if a video preview is not shown, then before this step, press (the “<“ or “>” button)
3. Minimize the app
4. Open the app
5. Press the “Play” button
6. Observe the video
Expected result: The video is playing
Actual result: White screen shown instead of video, and “Cannot read file" is logged
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a16, 2022.2.21f1, 2022.3.4f1, 2023.1.2f1, 2023.2.0a21
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.27f1, 2022.2.0a15

If the video is actively playing (not paused) when the app enters the background, this issue does not occur
If the video performs a seek to a different frame after the app enters the foreground prior to resuming playback, this issue does not occur
