[iOS][WebCamTexture] is flipped
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "Archive" project.
2. Build and run it for iOS.
3. Allow camera usage when asked.
4. Check the screen.
- Camera texture is flipped.
Reproduced with:
4.7.2f1, 5.1.5f1, 5.2.5f1, 5.3.7p3, 5.4.4p2, 5.5.1p1, 5.6.0b6
iPhone 6 iOS 9.0.2, iPad Mini 2 iOS 9.2.1
Metal, OpenGLES2/3

It is not resolved. Unity 2018.5.1f1 + Vuforia.
