[iOS][Web] The soft keyboard creates offset on scene view
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build the project for WebGL and deploy it to an iOS device
3. Click on any Input Field (Scrollview/TextArea/Text Field)
Expected result: The soft keyboard is shown and the scene view is not changed
Actual result: The soft keyboard appears at the bottom of the scene and creates offset on scene view
Reproducible: 2022.2.0a7

Not reproducible:
VLNQA00103, Samsung Galaxy Note8 (SM-N950F), Android 7.1.1, CPU: Exynos 9 Octa 8895, GPU: Mali-G71
