[iOS] VideoPlayer drops frames when playing on iOS
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Splash Screen Test 2021"
2. Build and Run the Scene "SampleScene" on iOS
3. In the Player, press the "Play" Button
4. Observe the video playing in the Scene
Expected result: the video plays smoothly
Actual result: the video is choppy
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a16, 2022.3.15f1, 2023.2.4f1, 2023.3.0a13
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.2.0a15
Fixed in: 2022.3.16f1, 2023.3.0a14
