[iOS] Using RGB ASTC 8x8 textures causes a crash on startup

To Reproduce:

1. Build and deploy the attached project:

With Metal the app crashes on start (https://ono.unity3d.com/_admin/gists/CTKkjemWCksXB7P6AfQa/tip/raw)

On Gles2 the app starts, but nothing is displayed and several cruptic errors are printed in console:
"Failed opening GI file: '43/43ecf621154f05af49e59e006a8314dd.vis'"..

Changing 'Lightmap-0_comp_light' format to something else (DXT1 for examples fixes this)
