[iOS] Unity Splash screen doesn't appear on iPad when run through Xcode
Steps To Reproduce
1. Create a project
2. File > Build Settings > iOS
3. Build and run through Xcode
Expected Result: Build runs successfully and unity splash screen appears in the beginning
Observed Result: Splash screen doesn't appear
Checked On: iPad pro 11' : OS Version 12.2
Reproducible On: 2019.3.0a3, 2019.2.0b4
Not Reproducible On: 2019.2.0a8

Resolution Note:
Low priority, only happens when running through Xcode, the app might be waiting for the debugger to connect when it's supposed to be showing the splash.
