[iOS] Unity audio doesn't work or external audio pauses when trying to set SetCategory on AVAudioSession
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN_77137” project
2. Build project on the device
3. On the device start playing music in the background (use apple music or Spotify)
4. Open the Player
5. Try setting “Set AV Audio” and “Set Unity Audio“ checkboxes in different arrangement
6. Press “Set Category & Check if set”
7. Observe the states of set “Unity audio”, “Category Retained” and “External Audio”
Expected result: All states are set and green
Actual result: One or two states not set leading external audio not working, or unity audio not working or category not being set
Reproducible with: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.37f1, 6000.0.11f1
Testing environment: macOS Sonoma 14.5 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

VLNQA00536, iPad 8tg Gen (Wifi)
Notes:
- Couldn’t test on standalone and Android since this project is made to be run on iOS
