[UIR] [iOS] UIToolkit renders incorrectly while scrolling
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached "UIToolkit Bug.zip" project
2. Build and deploy the project to iOS
3. Slowly scroll the screen and observe the purple circles
Expected result: The purple circles render round
Actual result: The purple circles do not render round
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0b11
Could not test with: 2019.4, 2020.3, 2021.1, 2022.1 (Project corrupts when downgrading/upgrading)
Reproduced with: iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 14.2.1), 2018 iPad 12.9 (User info)
