[iOS] UIToolkit Border Renders Incorrectly
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached "UIToolkit Bug.zip" project
2. Build and deploy the project to iOS
3. Observe the sides of the black boxes
Expected result: The black lines do not render outside of the boxes
Actual result: The black lines render outside of the boxes
Reproducible with: 2020.3.24f1 (1.0.0-preview.18), 2021.2.0b8 (1.0.0-preview.18), 2022.1.0a5 (1.0.0-preview.18)
Could not test with: 2019.4 (no UI Toolkit)
