[iOS]Touching and dragging starts lagging when VoiceOver accessibility is enabled
To reproduce:
1. Open users attached project "TouchTest.zip"
2. Open "test.unity" scene
3. Build for iOS
4. Enable on iOS device Settings > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver
5. Run build with Xcode to iOS device
6. Touch and drag on the screen with one or multiple fingers for a short period of time
Expected result: touches and dragging are registered without or minimal lagging
Actual result: dragging starts lagging after a short period of time

Notes:
On 2018.2.0b7 after touching the screen app crashes
Only reproduces on iOS devices

Is there any word on this? We are working on making games for blind and low vision individuals, most of whom use iOS devices, and this bug is causing major issues.
