[iOS] The result of Shader ceil differs between devices
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached "Issue2021" project
2. Deploy and build the project to iOS
3. Observe the device screen
Expected result: Red triangles don't around the circle
Actual result: Red triangles appear around the circle
Reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.23f1, 2020.2.7f1, 2020.3.2f1, 2021.1.0f1, 2021.2.0a10
Reproduced with: iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 14.2.1)
Not reproducible with: iPhone 6S (iOS 13.3.1)
