[iOS][Texture2D] After destroying objects and new Texture2D is never cleared

1. Open attached project
2. Build to iOS
3. Click "Open Camera", "Take Picture", Process Image" memory will increase
4. Click "Clean Memory" and memory will be decrease but usage will be larger than at start
5. Repeat 3-4 and memory will increase again

Response after investigation:
"The garbage collector acquires memory as needed and eventually reaches a steady state for the memory required. Our observations are in line with what we would expect from the garbage collector. As a result, we don't believe this is a bug."
